This one lady and one guy are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They don't know how to talk to people. They don't even know how to write emails (I got a super unfriendly reply from the guy). I think they believe they are a king and queen of the world or something.\r
Rescuing animals is good thing to do, but thanks to these two people I do not want to donate money (I was going to but changed my mind!), I do not want to help them, I do not want to deal anything with these rude people.\r

Volunteers are nice though. I feel sorry for them...\r

* They have three locations for adoption days - Burnsville, Apple Valley and Eagan. If you want to adopt a cat on these days, Apple Valley location would be the best location (nicer people are there). But I recommend you to go to different organizations to avoid the unpleasant experience. (These two are seriously rude and unprofessional.)
