Had them out to fix my outdoor LYNX Grill. The technician was very familiar with the product and replaced some sort of kit that LYNX had come out with. Nice to finally find a company that knows the products in and out. They left me a sticker and I will use them for anything else that breaks in my house and rentals.\r
