When a good customer pre-pays $4,000 in signs comes to pick up the signs that they pre-paid for, it would be nice if you did not give them out to a competing company leaving the pre-paid customer stranded. It would also be highly advised to at least give that customer who spent $4,000 the courtesy of a phone call after he patiently waited for 2 weeks to have a simple address added to 40 signs. Very unhappy by the Mandarin location Sign-a-Rama. They did give the money back for the remaining 40 signs, but the inconvenience this caused our business was not appreciated or deserved. Sign-A-Rama lost a good customer because of this. I called Giglio Signs and within a week they had me 150 new signs and they were less expensive and looked better.
