We are sorry that you feel this way about us as we definitely tried to help you. You came in with your Miele and wanted to have it covered under the warranty, for the warranty you have to have the vacuum serviced within a year... you were at (according to you) 18 months which is 6 months past the warranty. As a one time deal for YOU we said that we would do it anyway as a courtesy. When you came in on a Wednesday there were about 25 vacuums before you, we told you that we would have it done by Monday am. At that point you got hostile saying that you wanted it by Friday, we explained that we could not do that as we had a bunch of people before you. .. we saw that you were mad so in order to make the customer happy we told you that we could have it done by sat noon. You said that you were leaving out of town and that was not Saturday was not gonna work, we already #1 offered to still honor your warranty and #2 we moved up the date that you could get your vacuum (putting you ahead of other people)....YOU SAID THAT WE WOULDN'T HONOR YOUR MIELE FOREVER SERVICE PLAN.. THATS A LIE.\r

Nothing we could have done could have stopped you from writing a bad review other than dropping everything and servicing your vacuum as you stood there. \r

Everybody has a bad day, Arlene we dont want you to dislike us. You must understand that we did try but you couldnt get it back when you wanted it ... so you werent happy. How about you come back in and we can give this another try. Also the bed bath and beyond coupons exclude Miele.\r
