Their Customer Service is terrible! My husband received a bass amplifier as a gift from his mother for this birthday. When he went to play he found the qualit of the item to be sub-par. The speaker itself had good quality however the casing rattled especially at lower pitched notes . When my husband called to inquire about returning the item he received the absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed! He was on hold for 10 min, funny enough, listening to a prerecorded message about how wonderful their service is. When he final talked with a customer service rep. she was rude and less then helpful. For 20 full minutes she refused to allow him to return the item that is not working properly. Now my husband doesn't get angry at much, but this was his limit! He never raised his voice; rather calmly said how angry he is and that this type of service is not acceptable. Eventually they decided to send him shipping label to return the item after he explained multiple time that it should not be the customers financial responsibility to ship back an item that does not work properly. I would think twice before choosing Sam Ash!
