In the past I've always had a great experience ordering from Luigi's but this time has me reconsidering ordering again. Shortly after placing my order, I received a call from a young sounding female who got verbally aggressive with me. She demanded to know why I had ordered a "gyro sub" and when I responded that I had just ordered the same option that I had previously ordered countless times she became argumentative and reiterated that they did not make a gyro sub. The conversation went round & round a few times as I confirmed that I just wanted a chicken gyro & ordered the option on the site which was the same as listed on their menu. The whole thing was odd but I would have been willing to ignore it had the food not been mediocre. What had in the past been mighty tasty was bland this time. I don't know if it was new staff working or if this would be an anomaly but I don't know if I'm willing to find out.
