I returned to purchase tires from a written quote I received earlier. When Josh told me the quote was for 19 inch tires and I needed 18 inch tires, I asked for a new quote. Josh refused to give me a lower price even after showing me that 18 inch tires cost less than 19 inch because I wasn't paying full retail. I've been a long time customer of theirs and they took advantage of me because of their mistake. That's how they treat their loyal customers. I'll never buy there again.
