i took the truck in for a diagnostic to find out what was causeing the module to keep burning out and i was given a look over diagnostic. i was told a couple of things to try to see if it solves the problem. i did those things and it didnt solve the issue. i contacted hillside to let them know. i ask for a print out of the diagnostic so i can see what was tested since i did pay about 78.00 for the test. thats when i realized it want hooked to a machine. it was a look over diagnostic. so i was them told if i paid like 40.00 more they could call a hotline about the issues and usually they can give an answer as to what is makeing them go out. so i pay the 40.00 and then was told it would cost me more money to test the parts again because i replaced a new part that i was told to do to see if it solved the issue originally. at this point i was very frustrated and just picked the truck up and gave up on giving up more money for what i originally thought i paid for, a diagnostic to find out what was causeing the module to go out. i wouldn't recomend this place to anyone due to missleading imformation to a customer and paying out money for a diagnostic that i feel i didnt trully get. i still dont know why the modules keep going out and i'm out of over a hundred bucks i just might even report this to a news channel or better business b. more
