I had to get a window replaced after a break-in so I brought it in to Apple Auto Glass. I chose that option instead of the mobile service because they said if they brought it in, it would be easier for them to clean out the broken glass. When I got the car back (after closing hours so they weren't there), there was still a bit of glass on the passenger dashboard and in the gear shifter.
