I have taken my car to Jim’s for about 4 years now. I have a ford escape 2002 and I’m not going to lie I am petty ruff on it but Jim and his well rounded team have taught me basic car management to better take of my vehicle. That’s something that I don’t hear about often. They will fix what I want to be fixed in a New York minute but also teach and show me what I can do differently to ensure the longevity of the piece that was fixed.
