My finished basement started flooding Sunday evening from the 4-5" of rain. My wife and I started a shop vac, but realized we couldn't handle it. I called several places and Shelly was the only one to call back that evening. She came out the next day with Travis and they have done a wonderful job. She had Travis start right away while she continued to assess the damage. Wet carpet was removed and drying process was started within a couple of hours. Very pleased and highly recommend!
