Bob, our family loves you. We know that when we approach you with whatever maintenance/ mechanical issues our cars might have, a good job will be done. In the last 5+ years we've been coming to this shop you have always communicated efficiently. We love a place where we are given various options to work with. We don't know all the people working behind the scenes but we thank them their great job. My only concern is they need more gifted people like Bob in the front, great customer service and being knowledgable go a long way.
