I was having an issue with my heat on a very cold day. I have a home warranty with American Home Shield and they contract with Absolute Comfort. This was my first call on them, so I was curious how it would go. \r

After placing a call with American Home Shield, I was told to expect a return call from Absolute Comfort to arrange a time. I received a call from Absolute about 2 hours later. They asked if I was available between 2 and 5 pm. I was working from home, so I agreed. Five o'clock came and went so I placed a call to them. Their technician was running behind, so it would be closer to 6 pm. The tech, Erik, did arrive at 6 pm and quickly assessed the problem. He replaced a capacitor in the blower and had it fully operational in 20 minutes. He was top notch. All in all a good experience, I give them 4-stars. If not for the delay in arrival, this would be a 5-star rating.
