I have had nothing but great experiences with ASAP. They are a high end shop with high end products and some people may not be used to that. If you dont care or know the difference between sound systems, go to pep boys, buy a $5 radio, throw it in and have fun. If, on the other handm you wants quality products by people who know their profession and care about their customers then don't hesitate and go to ASAP. Be careful when you read these reviews, some are so wrong and misleading they could have only been written by competing businesses and other haters, I have no involvement with the company and don't really care if you go there or not but thought I should add the truth after reading nonsense. This is what they do for their customers, I don't live close to ASAP but needed a few days of work on my car, I had no way to leave the car, I had to travel to florida to see a dying parent and Mark at ASAP arranged to drive me to the airport, take my car and do the work and then pick me back up at the airport, only someone who care about their customers would do that. I also had a speaker go bad some months after I got it and they arranged to get the speaker replaced under warrety, I look forward to doing more business with Mark & the gang at ASAP.
