LOVE their food. Great veggie burgers and sandwiches. They are fast, especially for going through 3rd party delivery.
DISAPPOINTED that it is now common that I am missing parts of order. Family members don't always get what they wanted. GrubHub is great about apologies and heavy discounts after mistakes by the restaurant, but would really rather have food as-ordered. Paid almost $13 for delivery and 20% tip (as usual) and ordered extra sides to make the minimum price for delivery. They forgot (again) to include part of my order totaling almost $5 and more than that in disappointment. While I have always loved both GH and Carter's, my doubts are stacking up.
