Got two crowns put on by Monarch Dental and got the bill a few days ago. Told them we wanted deferred interest on our Care Credit Card. When we got our bill for 1900.00 15 days later, we noticed that they put an $11.00 interest. When we set it up, the financial person told us that we would get a deferred interest to pay it if in a year. We called the credit card co. and they told us that Monarch Dental coded it in wrong for us to get deferred interest. We did not intend to pay it off in full because of how much we have to pay. We think it is wrong for them to do this. If they do not recode it, we will not go back because we were told it would be that way! I intend to call my lawyer about it. I do not intend to pay the interest!
