We just had a nightmare situation where our heat wouldn't work late on a very cold Christmas Eve. My husband called Precision Comfort and Martin called us right back. We told Martin we were tight on funds and asked about what we could do. He saved us an after-hours holiday visit by talking my husband through several testing procedures until we were able to find the issue and get a temporary fix to get us through the holiday! Martin assured us that they would follow up with us the day after Christmas to make sure we get all the assistance we can get during regular working hours. Thank you, Martin, and Precision Comfort!
