The saying, ""you get what you pay for"" is true in my circumstances. In one of the coldest day of the year, we had no heat and there was a horrible smell. I called National Grid. They said that the boiler had cracks and needed a new boiler,,.. I called Petri and the lady on the phone could not be nicer... I explained that we had no heat and we were freezing. The owner, Michael, came to my home within hours to evaluate the boiler.. Within, 24 hours after my meeting with the owner, we had heat...the workers were at my house before 8a and left around 5pm only after checking every radiators and pipes etc numerous times. I had to call them for a something silly, and they where there within hours. This is a very, very happy customer.
