This is a ""tow shark"" company. They have a deal worked out with businesses in downtown Riverside to hover around parking lots and tow any car that accidentally parks in any (purposefully poorly marked) parking space that a business wants to claim as their own ""personal"" spaces. Within minutes of parking, one of the waiting Hamilton's drivers will tow your car to their dirt lot on the outskirts of Riverside. They will then extort an exorbitant fee (close to $400) from you to ""release"" your car from their lot.\r

Basically, this company is in the business of stealing cars (""legally""), extorting money from hard working people, and generally ruining people's day. If you disagree with such parasitic practices, don't take any of your other towing business to them either.
