This has been one of the worse retail experiences I have ever had. I bought $6000 worth of appliances from Goedeker's and they arrived at my house all beat up and one (the GE Washer/Dryer unit) doesn't even work at all. I had GE come out to try to repair and it is not able to be repaired. I have been trying for 3 months to get Goedeker’s to replace it and I have only gotten passed off to various staff (Bridgette Kuster, Brenna Davis, Lisa Hawks) saying they are ""looking into it."" Now, they all dodge my calls and when I leave messages, neglect to call me back. \r

I can't believe they are still in business. I will do my best to spread the word of how I've been treated via every medium I can. These guys are thieves, in my opinion. Selling second-rate products and not standing behind them when they don't even work.
