Renters Warehouse staff is always pleasant and professional. I recently called in a repair needed on front door handle/lock. Chris took the time to make sure that the lock was working properly. He ended up having to take the entire handle apart and found there was hardware that was not in place correctly. I appreciate that Chris took the extra steps to make sure it worked properly - including testing it out before he left.
