Charging one hour of labor for a 2-min procedure? 12/11/2013

Hyundai doesn't provide a way for owners to change the behavior of the door locks (default is ALL UNLOCK when shifter is moved to PARK). For the safety of my wife and teenage drivers I wanted to disable this behavior. Brown's insisted that they charge a minimum one hour of labor ($125) to re-program the door lock behavior. Really, are they kidding? How about "We're concerned about your family's safety and we're glad to take care of this for you after we fix your car". more
