TOTAL DENTAL FACTORY! As soon as I saw it was at a MALL I wanted to drive away; should have trusted my instinct. The remote company they use to book their appointments screwed up insurance verification, time the office opened AND promised to have them call me back TO NO AVAIL. During my first appointment I had to ask numerous personnel WHO they were (they did not wear name tags OR Introduce themselves until I asked their name AND their role in the office), they immediately wanted to upcharge me and and NUMEROUS unneeded services, the dentist barely explained anything, had minimal tolerance to any pain-related fears of mine, I got moved to FOUR different rooms for treatment, even the dentist's assistant said NO to me regarding headphones for use (he did have some; why would she not KNOW that when it comes to patient comfort!). THEY CHARGED ME $50 for mouthwash listed a TAKE HOME MEDS; it cose FOUR DOLLARS at CVS; they also got $32 from my insurance for this bottle SO THEY MADE OUT LIKE BANDITS! In looking ahead at the NEXT intended treatment they already have the $50 listed AGAIN; obviously they bundle and upcharge. The dentist was even disrespectful to the previous dental providers I had saying"" I CANNOT BELIEVE NO TOLD YOU TO GET A CROWN AFTER THAT ROOT CANAL"" I have been to multiple dental providers since my root canal in 1997 and most of them were affiliated with academic teaching institutions; you DO NOT win points with me for dissing intelligent dentists. I DO NOT WANT TO BE SEEN AT THIS CHOP SHOP AGAIN!
