Very disappointed. We had the kids looking picture perfect for our 1:40 appointmemt, arrived early, only to be informed that it would be 1+ hours before our session would start. Wait....what? If a 3:00 appointment would have worked with our schedule we would have made one at that time. We were told that they are mandated by corporate to double book appointments every 20 min. That is a very quick way to build a bad name for yourself. Its understandable to get behind.....but being 1+ hours behind due to poor business practice is unacceptable.
