My experience here compared to every other dealership experience definitely deserves that rating though. I've taken my car here for the last year to get serviced. Not once have I ran into any type of customer service issue. I expect car service or repairs to take time since I want the mechanic to do their work accurately. If it takes a week, great!, they've always put me in a loaner for that time period. Service definitely gets an A+, mainly due to Bruce's help in handling issues but also due to their quality.\r

I just purchased a Prius from this dealer too. The purchasing process was extremely painLESS. I knew which car I wanted, I looked around at other dealers, I even got a quote from another. Marina del Rey Toyota actually ASKED what I wanted to pay and saved me some money from their end considering I got all the options I wanted in the car. Bruce was cordial and very straight forward, two qualities I need when I spending that kind of money.
