AWFUL. We bought a wood stove from them in september which we received without a problem. Then on 10/31/13, we purchased a liner kit. Here it is, 12/14/13 and no product. We have gotten every excuse in the book of where it is. I've even been on the phone with the owner but to no avail. I called the store every day and left messages, left messages for the owner, and hardly ever a response. Customer service is the worst. Once they get your money, good luck getting back in touch with them. If you can get a hold of a store employee, some of them will attempt to help but everything usually goes back to the owner, Sam Weston. Today was the last straw when I was told it would be Wednesday and it's nowhere in sight. I told them I wanted my money back. I will see if they actually process the refund. I doubt it so I imagine we will have to dispute it with the credit card company. Horrible business stay away from these people. I hope they go out of business- this guy has no right running a business.
