Horrible customer service. Manager needs to be removed. good store, horrible customer support. why in the world will you pre-order an item with a gift if when you go pick it up wont have it? manager would not take any responsibility over this, all he said was, you needed to be here the day of release... seriously?!?!? can you please explain to me why do I need to preorder then if I have to come and fight for my item?!?!?
