I would give a negative amount of stars for their service. I called them on a Monday, and they came to look at the unit. Asked if i had an instruction manual for it then spent an hour staring at it to tell me something was wrong with ""a part"" of it. They said they would call to see if the part was under warranty. 3 freezing days later they call back and say that they got the part. They came to the house and ""fixed it"" not even 10 hours later the whole thing was completely dead to include the control panel and one of the vents was leaking. For $210 you can have them come out and destroy your unit. Thanks for taking advantage of a single mother. I will never use this service again.
