A few months back Sal's installed a new furnace in our home. They installed an Aprilaire filter system without asking us or mentioning it to us. This resulted in costly filter replacement that we did not want. The owner does not treat his employees very well and clearly he does not respect them. I will never use Sal's Heating & Cooling again and will urge my neighbors, family, & friends not to patronize his business.
