I will never use them again---The girls at the front desk were polite and friendly. The estimate seemed responsible and was to be paid by the other party's insurance company. Once the work was completed, we were not completely satisfied. We tried to get some resolution to the matter. He acted as if he did us a favor by replacing the part even though the part was damaged in the collision. The original part was not as rusty as the ""refurbished"" part that was put in its place. In talking to him regarding this, he hung up on me. So much for customer service! In all my years of customer service, we were never allowed to ""hang up"" on a customer for any reason. You let them vent and then calm them down but never argue with them. He continued to argue with us that we wrong and the job was done correctly and take it up with someone else.
