Rented here for 4 years in a 2 bedroom that was just under 1100 sqft. The park underwent many changes while I lived here. 2 out of the 3 office staff was replaced and the park has ran much smoother ever since! The last person is correct in saying the office was unorganized for a short time. That was because the office let go 2 staff almost back to back and re-hired. of course things were a little slow at first but they took off. When I moved out in August 2013, the park was quiet, very clean, friendly, the neighbors are great, very active clubhouse, and the heated pool is nice. Wouldn't have moved out if my son wouldn't have made me move in with him and my daughter in law. Apparently they think mom needs a closer eye kept on her, but I think they are regretting that decision!
