I have been in the restaurant business for over 40 years. HVAC companies come and go and I have found a great many price gouge or purposely damage equipment while doing preventative maintenance so they get a call back. Their hourly rate is 20% lower than the competition, they go above and beyond to make sure things are fixed correctly before they leave and in over two years of dealing with them I have never had to call them back. I am opening another location and Precision Air is and will be my vendor of choice for all of my HVAC needs.
