Walked in w/o appointment, due to leaking/loss of power steering. Though the shop was very busy, Barry Kramer saw us immediately, determined the car was unsafe to drive, and scrambled to find a loaner car. We were there no more than 20 minutes, and most of that time was waiting on the fax of my insurance card.
