Horrible customer service. Received flowers for my daughter and upon receiving the flowers, they were droopy and sad looking. Found out they were the wrong colors from what was ordered and they were missing the balloons. Took the flowers to Haws so they could see that the flowers were dying less than 24 hours upon reciept and the owner was hostile and rude. Said the flowers were perfect (um, brown on flowers is good???) and wouldn't do anything about providing better flowers. Personally, I feel anyone wanting flowers should go to Smith's or ANYWHERE else but Haws Floral. The owner didn't seem to care about keeping customers and was openly rude about my concerns. I will never set foot in his business and I would advise everyone to check out any other florist but him.
