I am so unhappy with the service from this company! I had a brand new a/c & heating unit installed in July 2011. It has never worked properly. I paid $7,500. In the summers it blows hot air and in the winters it blows cold air. They have been rude and disrespectful to me. I currently have no heat. They are now telling me it's $2,000 to fix it. I have called another company to help me. I would NEVER recommend Alaskan Home Services to anyone.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our company. We strive to give the best service always. Your units labor warranty has expired and that's why there is a cost to fix the unit. We can't determine when a unit will breakdown or fail. We only install the unit and have had great reliability with this brand.
