I had my daughter's bday party here and it was the worst experience that I have ever encountered. Complete disorganization. And they do not do what is written on their website or promised via email/phone during planning. Was told there would be a couple of cache to guide the party. Got one inexperience new girl that didn't know how to handle a bunch of kids. It could have been so dangerous if parents weren't involved. Owner, Alison, was rude, fake, and not apologetic of the situation. Ruined the party and I was sooo upset. I wrote them an email to complain to give them a chance to respond. Didn't get anything back from them. Bad business!
