This was the worst medical practice I have ever visited!!!! I visited the office on Signal Mt. Road on December 9th, 2013. The office was freezing cold, had very little furniture, and was dirty. The two girls at the front desk were very rude. One girl slurped her bowl of cereal and loudly described her sex life while my teenage son listened!!!! The other girl had me fill out forms covered with streaks that were illegible. She then told me my son's insurance was not valid, although it was valid. She demanded $75 upfront, which I am certain I would never see again. This office has the most unprofessional staff and they just want your money. I left immediately!!!
