Will not go to Gresham Urgent Care now that they changed ownership to NW Urgent Care. I just received my very first bill on a service that was performed 17 months ago. After 4 calls, 3 weeks and lots of arguing, they agreed to write it off as a kind gesture for the delay in billing me. Kind gesture?? I think it would be customary to NOT send a bill out to a patient after 17 months, especially after never sending me one before. She also let me know that since they (NW Urgent Care) took over in August 2013, they now require that they have a credit or debit card on file incase insurance denies, they will collect pmt with the card on file.. Yea .. um NO they will not get my card in their files as I will not go back as it seems they are only out for the $ rather than the customer service that they should be focusing on to bring patients back!
