Scheduled an appointment, drive in and don't have to wait at all, not even one minute. The facility is very clean and high tech. Don't worry about line up in the rain or cold weather like other dealership, just pull up into the service lane slowly and check out how fast the door pull up. Once you drove in, Service Advisor already at your door waiting for you, can't get any better than that. I have been driving for over thirty years, owning many vehicles like Corvette, Kings Ranch truck, Lexus, BMW etc. and none of these dealers can even come close compare to Round Rock Hyundai Service.
