QUICK/GREAT SERVICE! I was referred to Sharper via Lowe's as part of their extended warranty plan for my Samsung Refrigerator. Scheduling was easy and flexible to fit my schedule. 1st call, Rep was right on time and very courteous. Checked out my issue and realized a part was needed. Left and ordered the part. Called back when the part was in. Again, scheduling was easy and flexible. 2nd trip out, again Rep was within his time slot (even with the busy schedule he said he had). Repaired issue and was done and gone within 20 minutes. I was given a comment card to write a review and easily went online too. Online, I realized all the bad reviews for this company. This would have scared me if I was just searching for repair companies. Please read mine as well as theirs as I did not have any issues from this company. I would call them again in a minute and refer them to friends.
