This email however is not to focus on the negative, but rather to praise your new employee Krystle. When she came on board as our property manager, we felt that we were in truly better hands. Unlike our previous property manager, Krystle provided us contact information and invited us to call or email at any time. Her response time alone (less than 24 hours) impressed us, as we had previously gone up to 3 weeks without hearing from our property manager. \r

Krystle's positive attitude, customer service, and dedication make her an asset to your company. Her professionalism and desire to treat her clients with dignity and respect set her apart from other property mangers. The attention to detail, care, and responsiveness Krystle provided us were what we had expected from AAIMs all along. She truly is a great face for your company, and hopefully will bring many future positive reviews for AAIMs. \r

While I previously was reluctant to recommend AAIMs to other military families who need property management, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Krystle as a property manager. \r
