Culver City, CA - I would not suggest this hospital. They have a person on the front-desk that does not know much, so every question you have, they have to go ask a vet. I took a prescription for my dog which needs urgent prescribed food for his kidneys, they approved the card which allows you to buy in Petsmart, then I asked one question and they took away the card and said they need to see my pet in order for me to buy the food. It does not make sense, I had another vet give me a prescription! They are a monopoly, your pet dies if you cannot get the food and they can care less unless you spend your money with them. They should be ashamed, I should have not had great expectations if the hospital is inside a Petsmart. Don't go here.
