I was excitied when I purchased my vehicle August 9th 2013. I had a brand new baby, I checked the vehicle, checked the car fax and researched the vehicle and had done a test drive a few days before finally deciding to purchase the vehicle. Little did I know that 30 days later I'd be taking my car in for a new valve and hose. I thought, "That's fine, things happen with cars all the time." Got the issue fixed in a timely manner and was happy. Another 30 days later, my check engine light re-appears. Take it in a bit aggravated, but again I thought it was normal. Not even 2 weeks pass and my check engine light comes on for the very same thing I had just taken it in for. I attempted calling the Servicing supervisor as well as emailing him, but received no response. The only surprisingly fast response I recieved was from the Corporate office of Hyundai. I was very disappointed, I felt that i was given a lemon. This was not what i expected from my first car from what I thought was a reputable company! more
