My office's ice machine broke and only two companies in my area were licensed to fix it. I called B&G and got an answer service, I gave them my info and waited for a call back. Later that day I get a call at 6:30 from a tenant in my office building saying a technician from B&G is there to diagnose the problem. I talked to him over the phone stating I never asked for them to send him & I already called a second company and scheduled an appointment. He agreed and said I won't be charged (Yeah Right). Later on they send an invoice. Naturally I dispute it. It took me 3 phone calls and 2 months to get a call from a yelling idiot blaming it on my company. \r

The worst part is that during all this they send me a $1800.00 quote. Which was outrageous because the second company came out diagnosed the leak and said I just need a couple parts. Within days they fix it for $400.00 I will never use B&G again.
