I have enjoyed Va Tire and Auto, but I am seriously rethinking my loyalty. After this last visit I'm not sure I trust or respect the service. Its hard enough to find and trust an auto repair shop, but as a female the development of trust is hard. But when your finances are tight and someone says " I wouldn't fix this car. It pisses me off! this is my only car and I need to keep it running until I can afford another one. Maybe it can't be saved cheaply, but give me the options and le me decide. I thank Rusty for talking with me and explaining things, but the damage is done. This is not the first time I have had issues with this person(not Rusty). If I do stay I will avoid this person with a ten foot pole.
