Unpleasant and sad place. They call it luxury because you pay huge money for terrible quality and terrible management. On top is a nut called manager and the rest of staff are worse. They blame you for everything and they wanted to get the most money out of you. When it comes to service, there is none. They left my family with a 2-yr boy without warm water in the middle of winter, and did not communicate why. For them family has no value and they look at people like a dollar sign.
