My daughter had been getting booked for few small gigs with Product Model Management and I was not happy that we were losing 40% of every booking to manager plus agency. So, we saw another girl at a go see and asked which agency she was with. She was with Generation Model Management. I set up an appointment to have my daughter transfer to Generation so we could get rid of the manager and just have an agency.\r

After we transferred, we got sent out on very few go sees and had only 3 jobs in two years. I think Patti doesn't really care. When I brought this up, why did the volume of go sees drop dramatically once we joined Generation, Patti screamed at me and made me cry. She criticized everything about Product Model Management just to get my daughter.\r

Then when it came to payment, they were really really slow. I had to escalate it to Patti and then finally we were paid after 14 monts!!\r

so, if you have a child who wants to model, don't go here.?
