This is Constance Moore. I came into today and had an issue with my car getting fixed today even though I set an appointment last week. Hopefully you remember me. I wanted that Managers name we spoke with today and also the corporate office phone number and email address. If it's a franchise , I'd like the owners information. I appreciate your customer service last week and today. I really didn't appreciate the guy that took my info today as well as that manager we spoke with. You have helped me each time I came in there. From last week to being over looked,you stopped me and asked if I was being assisted.,Until today when you took over for the rude guy that assisted me. I really would like the names of everyone involved. At the end of the day, businesses are in business because of customers. Not to make them feel less than human. Please contact me at your earliest connivence. Again I'd like to thank you for your customer service. I'm a general manager for a Fortune 500 company and I know what great customer service looks like again thanks.
