I had a terrible experience with this stores VERY rude manager (Mathew) during an exchange. I wanted to exchange a Moto X for an iPhone 5s I bought well within the return date. He outright refused to do this for me and then proceeded to accuse me of ""abusing"" the stores return policy. Then called me a ""flip flopper"" when I asked why he wouldn't accept the exchange. I then asked where it says in the return policy that he is allowed to deny my exchange and he then responded that best buy mobile ""isn't in the phone renting business"". I was appalled at the shear amount of disrespect he was speaking to me with.\r

I understand if the business is allowed to refuse service to anyone but to be so blatantly rude, and disrespectful is mind boggling to me. Then to reduce himself to name calling....come on...\r

So please do business elsewhere. This store is in no way a reflection of Best Buy as a whole but stay away from this best buy mobile location. They do not uphold the standards of best buy or honor the return policies.
