Called on Monday and asked to have service scheduled in home. They indicated that on site services would be done on Wednesday or Friday only. I indicated that would be fine and asked for a time. They indicated they would get back to me. I have since called three times and when no one answers got the answering service. It is Thursday and have still not heard from them. Really disappointed as they had been so good in the past but I assume their shift to an online service repair format that they really do not want to provide any onsite support. They need to just let the members know that this is the direction of the organization and not leave us waiting for their call back. RESPONSE FROM Tech Butler: Loren, we have been expanding and are short techs as we grow so fast. we hired an additonal tech yesterday. we also updated our ticketing system so we don't miss anything. I will have a tech contact you today. Our policy is the try remote repair because it is faster and cheaper. Our onsite service is reserved for getting a computer back up online if necessary in most cases. We now solve 85 of all our problems with remote services for only 15.00 and within 2 hours of calling in.
